CF Contacts is an easy to use, incredibly powerful Call Forwarding Contact creator. The easiest and most productive way to manage your call forwarding is to create special contacts in your address book which you can then save as a favorite making it a one-tap process to manage your call forwarding. Due to Apple imposed restrictions, developers can not call special characters like “#” and “*”. These characters are required to manage and check the status of your call forwarding.

Limitations:
As with ALL iPhone dialers, it does NOT call numbers with special characters in them (“*” or “#”, etc). This is due to the restrictions Apple imposes on developers. If you’d like to help change that, please visit THIS PAGE.
You can of course manually create all your call forwarding contacts, that is the reason for the STOP notice. It is however very tedious to add all the custom phone tags. That is where CF Contacts really shines and makes it incredibly easy. In fact so simple a Caveman… oops sorry, so simple anyone can do it.
Important notice for MS Exchange users – when you save your custom call forwarding contact, it will NOT contain all the custom descriptions. Additionally you can not save a contact that contains all 5 Please contact Microsoft for support on this matter.
Go to Settings > CF Contacts and you will find that every item can be customized to suit your needs.

Response to reviews: of course this app works, Apple would not approve it if it did not work. Perhaps the users that are rating it with one-star do not understand its purpose or did not read the clearly labeled notice.
