Reminder: Emoji Text will only display on other iPhone’s, iPad's or iPod Touch’s.
To enable Emoji text, just add a new entry named "Enable Emoji" and save it. Then follow the instructions to turn on Emoji. Go to Settings > General > Keyboard > International Keyboards > Add New Keyboard… and tap on Emoji.

Once you have done that you can access Emoji text anywhere on your device; just press the globe key.
